Return Policy
If by any chance the item you’ve received is faulty and/or not as advertised, please reach out to us here and send us some photos illustrating the issue. We’ll analyse the incident and once the fault is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement. There’s no need for you to return the faulty item to us.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on on there will not be any restocking fee)
Anything purchase at To-Tee is a unique custom made product and printed just for you. So there will be a 20% re stocking fee on all products. If you need to make an exchange there will not be a restocking fee.

To-Tee will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process you. Returns. All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.

Exchange Policy
Because each product is made to order based on the specifications customers select, we do not hold any stock. Therefore, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or accept returns under normal circumstances.
However, if there are any production flaws or the item is faulty, we kindly ask you to contact us here and send us:
1. A close-up photo of the label
2. A photo of the item you’ve received upon a flat surface, with a measuring tool across the chest.
We will then compare the measurements with the ones in our size guide and, in case of a mismatch, we will send you a replacement with the right size. There’s no need for you to return the faulty item
Exchanges must be returned to us 30 days from the date you received the package.
In order to exchange please send an email to [email protected] stating your reason for the exchange including new request for sizes and colors. The exchange must be for the same design.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days. Once we receive your exchange any product that has a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship. Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to take 6-10 business days to reship. Please note customer is responsible for shipping cost.
